This morning this envelope containing the passport of my mother was completely torn during time of delivery by Bagula PO. How secure is the postal service for delivering confidential documents like this?! @wbpostalcircle @IndiaPostOffice @JM_Scindia please have a look!

@IndiaPostOffice Yes as I mentioned in my post it is delivered but the envelope containing confidential document like passport was torn and open.

This is clear #negligence of @airindia and @Airport_FRA . We have raised concerns w.r.t #EUREGULATIONEC261 about 2 delays and2 flights..and still @airindia official @DilipBidic87 @ calls it 1 delay. #injustice @IATA9620 @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia. Help

@airindia Flight AI120 from Frankfurt to New Delhi suddenly cancelled without prior notification. No updates for rebooking even after one day. After repeatative calling at Helpdesk they did not help even after mentioning that visa is going to expire. Please help

Please note that this is not about travel plan change, the visa issue is critical and seems @airindia doesn’t worried about it at all
