This is the park created by the builder for his township, approved under SRA in 2019. Without Balbharati road, this township cannot be developed as there is no access to it.

PMC will justify cutting 3k trees for BB road by saying that a park has been created on this side with thousands of trees as compensatory plantation. What they won't say is that the park will only be accessible to the people in the township, as there is no access from Karve road. The forest on Law College slop is fully accessible to the public.

The name of this park clearly shows which party is supporting the builder, and the road.
