@AtombergCares @atomberg_tech Recently ordered water purifier which needs their technician to install and experienced their worst customer support. No use if you have a great product without a decent customer support. Arrogance, no value to customer time, missed appointment twice in 2 days and had the audacity to tell he cannot give a timeline to install and i can return the product!! Im compelled to walkaway from such companies!!

Have been an admirer and customer for many years have used their fans, mixi great products. But i dont think I’ll ever buy their products again.

Wow!! Wish you guys can even understand English or what customer service means. My complaint was - installation didn’t happen technician didn’t bother to come to install had audacity to ask me to return the product.
And you guys are taking the feedback to technician!! But how are you solving customer concern with any of the talk without action?

@WellSaidGuru @airindia I have had a similar experience in the past. Had to travel in economy class after booking in premium economy. Though I received refund, they lost one customer for ever. Not worth the stress due to their mismanagement there are better choices.

@AadiAchint Actually they are not too far from getting backlash from Indians. 90% of their business is dependent on Indian flying on their flight even though service is no where close to be desired for.
