नाबालिग बच्चों को वाहन देना उनकी और दूसरों की जान को खतरे में डाल सकता है।
ऐसे मामलों में माता-पिता और वाहन मालिकों पर सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए, ताकि लोग जिम्मेदारी समझें और भविष्य में ऐसी लापरवाही कम हो। सबकी सुरक्षा का सोचे।
