माननीय मुख्यमंत्री @NitishKumar जी से बड़ी उम्मीदें हैं युवाओं को खासकर उपमुख्यमंत्री @yadavtejashwi जी तो यह जानते होंगे कि समय के साथ चीजें अपडेट ना होना पिछड़ेपन का कारण बनती है, आज जब बिहार डेवलपमेंट की राह पर चल रहा तो एक टेक्निकल पोस्ट पर उस पद के लिए जो एक्सपर्ट है उनको ना अर्ह मानना एक मूखर्तापूर्ण कार्य है, वो भी तब जब केन्द्र सरकार के सभी विभागों जैसे रेलवे, केन्द्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग, केन्द्रीय जल विभाग, मिलिट्री इंजीनियरिंग सर्विसेज, बार्डर रोड आर्गेनाइजेशन आदि के साथ साथ देश के अन्य राज्यों में भी यहां तक कि हमारे पड़ोसी राज्य जो कभी बिहार का हिस्सा था वहां भी बीटेक छात्रों को जूनियर इंजीनियर पदों पर भर्ती हेतु अर्ह माना जाता है,
बीटेक अभ्यर्थी को वेटेज नहीं मांग रहे रहें और नैसर्गिक न्याय यह कहता है कि अगर आपके पास योग्यता है तो आप उस पद के योग्य हो, सर बिहार को देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में ले जाने के लिए समय के साथ चलना जरुरी है, बहुत से पदों पर की सारे कोर्स को अर्ह माना जाता है, सर आपको कहीं दूर नहीं जाना आईआईटी पटना और एन आई टी पटना को देख लीजिए, जो प्रदेश के अग्रणी टेक्निकल इंस्टिट्यूट है वहां पर जेई पदों पर डिग्री धारकों को अर्ह माना जाता है, अतः आपसे अनुरोध है बीटेक छात्रों को संविधान द्वारा अनुच्छेद 14 , और 16 में प्रदान की गई समानता और समान रोजगार के अवसर के अधिकारों की रक्षा करते हुए जूनियर इंजीनियर पदों की भर्ती में शामिल करते हुए न्याय करें।
