I demand a full refund since it was totally useless and my wife had to go to sleep without eating, we both were very upset

@pizzahut @PizzaHutIN After several calls to the customer support from the app, I was promised a call back from the store, but nobody called ! Finally I managed to get the number and called, but the manager claimed he didn't see any order, though I kept giving him the order number !

@pizzahut @PizzaHutIN Unfortunately @PizzaHutIN has made an absolute mess yesterday !
I ordered several items at around 21.15 hours yesterday and the expected delivery time was 21.42 hours. Even at 2200 hours, the tracking status showed out on delivery, and that continued till almost 22.30 !!

Ordered pizza at around 9.20 but no delivery yet ! Call centre guys just says sorry and will arrange call back !
Now the call centre guys says sorry but the store might be closed already !!
The store at Shivam Road doesn't bother to pick up the phone

Don't even think of ordering from pizza hut, because delivery depends of their mood it seems ! The management of Pizza Hut needs to be sacked immediately because they just go to sleep after taking customer's money !!
