अखिलेश जी, चुनावी हार सामने देखकर आप ऐसी बेतुकी और तथ्यहीन बयानबाज़ी पर उतर आए हैं।
आगामी चुनाव में अपनी करारी शिकस्त निश्चित देख आपने ज़मीनी मुद्दों से मैदान छोड़ दिया है और हार के डर से लंबे सवालों की ढाल तलाश रहे हैं। जब ज़मीन पर कोई काम ही नहीं बचा, तो जनता का ध्यान भटकाने के लिए यह सियासी प्रपंच रचा जा रहा है।

इसमें कोई दो राय नहीं है कि @narendramodi जी के सरकार में बैंकों का कायाकल्प हुआ है। उन्हें पुनर्जीवन मिला है। यूपीए सरकार के "फोन बैंकिंग" से बैंकिंग सेक्टर तबाह हो चुका था। अब मोदी सरकार ने उसे पुनः नई ऊंचाइयों पर पहुंचाया है। वित्तीय समावेशन हुआ है। कोई झुटला नहीं सकता ।

उत्तर प्रदेश की जनता आपके 2012 से 2017 के कुशासन, भ्रष्टाचार और गुंडाराज को आज तक भूली नहीं है। आपकी हताशा साफ़ बता रही है कि आप चुनाव से पहले ही हार मान चुके है।

अभी अराजक तत्वों की एक प्रेसवार्ता हुई है। आज जिस प्रकार की बातें इन लोगों ने कही हैं, उससे साफ हो चुका है कि ये लोग अराजक, देशविरोधी और गद्दार हैं।

इनकी सोच देश के हितों के खिलाफ है। इनका जहरीला, घिनौना चेहरा और आग लगाने वाली मानसिकता आज जनता के सामने आ गई है।

प्रशांत भूषण, दीपके और नेहा बोरा ने जिस तरह प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस करके ‘रिजीम चेंज’ की बात की, बांग्लादेश के पैटर्न पर देश में तख्तापलट की बात की, उससे इनकी देशविरोधी मंशा देश की जनता पूरी तरह समझ चुकी है। इस तरह की बातें देश की लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था और संवैधानिक मर्यादाओं के प्रति इनकी सोच को उजागर करती हैं।

यही नहीं, जिस भारतीय सेना पर पूरे देश को गर्व है, उस वीर सेना को कांग्रेस ने हमेशा अपमानित करने का काम किया है।

लेकिन मैं एक बात स्पष्ट रूप से कहना चाहता हूं कि इनकी यह जहरीली सोच कभी कामयाब नहीं हो सकती। भारत की जनता देश में अराजकता और अस्थिरता फैलाने की किसी भी कोशिश को बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगी। आज जनता ऐसे लोगों को मजबूती से जवाब दे रही है और लोकतंत्र की ताकत का एहसास करा रही है।

Only thereafter all other facts and arguments are presented. This is mandatorily followed in every contempt petition.

Following this practice, the first paragraph of the affidavits filed by the Home Secretary, Commissioner of Police, and other concerned officials complied with this requirement.

Thereafter, detailed particulars in the affidavit have been furnished, by which it has been clearly established that all actions taken by the Government and the Police are fully compliant with the law, and no case of contempt is made out against them.
