My claim got rejected citing trip was from https://t.co/LGJ8fU6fDq their policy its is clearly mentioned the destination should be outside India nothing mentioned about the source.Pathetic @reliancegeneralin please look into this as this is not the experience anyone want to have

@RelianceGenIn I raised a claim for travel insurance for my trip from Delhi to Phuket. My flight got delayed by more than 9 hours and according to their policy my claim should have been processed but it is pathetic how they just want to reject the claims.
