Is HP no longer responding to customer emails?
Issue reported on 8 June, reminder sent today, still no case update, no engineer assignment, and no resolution.
Is this the after-sales support customers should expect?

HP delays → customer suffers → claim rejected.
This is arbitrary and unfair application of policy.
