@HP I purchased an @HP notebook with a global warranty in the US 4 months ago. Its screen stopped working 2 weeks ago, but HP won't help because I'm not in the country of purchase. They don't even want to examine it. Super disappointed in their customer service. #HPFail

Crazy stupid UI by software engineers & UI designers who just suck & don't care! For something as DANGEROUS as interrupting a firmware update, you would HOPE the UI would give you a CLEAR choice on what to do, and what the severe consequences are? So is it OK or Cancel? #HPfail
