@IndiaPostOffice Speed post tracking has now become a joke.Updates are atleast 2-3 old and speed post now takes ages to deliver. A package sent from kol to blr took 8 days to arrive.A doc to be sent urgently within blr has already taken 3 days but yet not delivered.Plz improve

@IndiGo6E fragile item(an idol) damaged by indigo on flight from Chennai to Kol(via Kochi) on 6th March.Though it was checked in a fragile item at Chennai,it was shockingly received on the baggage belt at Kolkata.

@IndiGo6E After much haggling the airline provided a ₹2000 voucher for travel by indigo, instead of cash pleading helplessness.The idol was bought in Guruvayur(Kerala)and I can't travel all the way again to get it.The airline should suitably compensate or get me the same idol from there.
