@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya Ok now blocking you bro. It has been fun and our argument is over when you agreed that character is Misogynistic. That was the start of argument
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya Everything he does is glorified. People applaud for his recovery. There are dialogues with people praising about him. Even rashmika says he is a terrific husband for doing the basic things. even though he suffers bad things, the acts he did remain glorified
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya Anti hero movies either shoe consequences of actions or there is always other side- a character opposite with positive side..here he is the hero who is glorified throughout and they brought a worse person as villain and killed him. Nothing about his wrong actions
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya He is shown as a hero through out. He is not treated like a psycho as in usual psycho movies. He has stylish killing scenes , a hero villain fight , he recovers from adverse situations. Treating like a hero till end. That is glorification
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya See this film doesn't follow the pattern of psycho killer movies. There is no other side. It has heroic killing scenes, comeback from injuries and lot of heroic moments including a hero villain fight. All these glorification are done for a psycho with no changes in him
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya Haven't seen it but I know he is jailed and is conducted new Ludovico technique and tortured for curing his animalistic side
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya Yes, he is glorified. In arjun reddy/kabir singh, situation is a bit better as he becomes a slightly better partner. No change occurs in character even after his loss and he still lives like an animal. So he realises nothing bad about his actions and still be is shown as the hero
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya As a cinema, it was well shot and well made. Movie completely glorified his animalistic side so much. It was very evident for even one with basic sense.
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya The glorification topic came later on. The argument started when I replied that there are Misogynistic elements in the movie animal and you agreed ๐..he does worse things, that doesn't erase his Misogyny side..
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya I have seen numerous anti hero and psycho movies. In none, the hero is glorified like in animal. He never realises his mistakes or his misogynistic side even after he lose his father and wife. I agree with the title animal but his animalistic part was glorified throughout
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya They glorified it enough for you to argue with me till now that there is nothing Misogynistic in the character and you finally agreed the character is Misogynistic ๐
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya Let us rewind how this debate started. Somebody asked what is the misogyny in animal film and I said there are Misogynistic elements in animal film and lead character is Misogynistic. Since we agree, we have nothing more to quarrel ๐คช
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya Animal movie has misogynist lead character. That was the point. Since you agree, we have nothing more to quarrel over. I have nothing against the film if it has a Misogynistic psycho lead. Problem was that it was glorified
@mikeross0997@0_point_one@YoursSatya ๐ What a way to check genuineness? How much of a dominant misogynist must be he to even think of such a thing? This shows the mindset of writer too.
