@amazonIN Amazon prime delivery service becomes worst in recent times. Simply marking wrong information and failing the delivery. This is the 5th incident this month alone. When try to speak to customer care agents they also escaping simply. Refund is not always a solution.
@amazonIN really need to look into the delivery issues happening with prime one day deliveries. 4 out of 5 deliveries are getting missed these days. Refund is not the welcoming solution for this.
I had an extremely frustrating with Hathway's customer support, I consider to be the worst in the world. > 8 minutes to retrieve my account details, >12 min only to receive a message stating that my account would be transferred to an agent. Pathetic!!!

@Toyota_India You are the global leader in Automobile industry but why are you not having a very basic Vehicle booking tracking system in India. Wanted to give benefits only to your Dealers but not your customers? Don't you think it is one of the basic support you can provide?
EU driving rules are really interesting. Reason for less accidents are not only road conditions and rules, it ensure drivers' good working conditions including compulsory breaks every 4 and half hours.
