@ZephyrrrCapital@boomnickle@felipesimonetti I understand. I’m Brazilian, so I understand that kind of humor, but I still think it’s important for him to publicly clarify what happened and apologize if necessary, because that gesture is still associated with extremist groups in some contexts.
@boomnickle@felipesimonetti Do people really use that gesture in this context? During a professional presentation broadcast internationally, and without any friends nearby to make the “circle game” joke? 🤨
@Deezznutsa@felipesimonetti Well, in Brazil it can also mean something like “this is good” or just “okay,” but the important thing is that it’s usually very clear from the context. It’s not something people would normally do during a broadcast in such a subtle way and down near their waist.
@VextraG6@YourAnonNews Do you guys deal with this often in California? What a nightmare! We don’t really have that in Brazil. I think I’d panic if it happened to me.
@themostazezo It’s called geographic tongue. It’s a benign, non-contagious condition. In some people the tongue is more sensitive, while in others it doesn’t cause any changes. I have it.
