My package was stuck in Kochi, their explaination was that they cannot send my consignment alone in the truck, so I asked how much it would cost just to have mine alone transported.

@prithmukherj @agarwalpacker Its true their service are pathetic, mine got delayed for over a month when in reality it should have been delivered in 3days. Eventually had to pay extra just to get it delivered. They also damage your belongings as a bonus.

Dont engage with them, they will quote unrealistic price, once quoted they will take forever to come for pickup and forever to deliver and in some cases they damage the goods on the way. See their tweet replies to see how many customere are facing bad service

@gajodharwa @agarwalpacker @gajodharwa Try some other packers that can better handle your goods. These guys are not professionals anymore, and deliveries are delayed over 1 month and mostly arrive damaged. Check their twitter handle of how many people are affected due to their bad servicr.

@agarwalpacker @agarwalpacker You forgot about the third mistake, which is choosing you. Had to pay double the amount you initially quoted just to get it delivered. A consignment which was slightly damaged and delayed over one month.

@agarwalpacker Created ticket 512336. Cochin hub is telling they cant deliver and I need to pickup due to lack of trucks. Please help resolve this, I cannot come to Cochi for picking up, Cochin is 6hours away from me.

@agarwalpacker My consignment GCCHE202100235 is stuck at Coimbatore. Its been over 2 weeks since consignment got picked up. Coimbatore to delivery location only takes ~6 hours. Please look into why its held up in Coimbatore and let me know when it will be delivered.
