Supertech's Buyers की समस्या स्पष्ट है. RENT+ EMI के अत्याचार उनपे जारी है, इसीलिए कृपया और इस विषय को बिलम्बित नहीं किया जाए 🙏आपके good intention से ये गंभीर बीमारी जैसी समस्या का समाधान हो सकता है| आपके पास सरकारी आवास है car है education सरकारीmedical सुबिधा है लेकिन आम नागरिक like buyers ये सब कुछ अपनी जेब से देते हैं 🙏 !

Waited for 15 years for the decision.
NCLT and Supreme Court gave the order but the work never got started.

On papers judgement is done, but on-ground No Progress.

Struggle continues.. wait continues..

दोस्तों ये तस्वीरें देखिए पहली 21 मई 2023 की है और दूसरी 21 मई 2026 की है,

आपको यहाँ जो जीव दिख रहे हैं वह एक growing country के गौरवान्वित नागरिक हैं,& इनके गौरव के कारण? वह DELHI - NCR जोन में पाप करके एक फ्लैट खरीदने का सपना देख लिया, साहेब उसके बाद उनके लाइफस्टाइल और बॉलीवुड फिल्म पे अधिक अंतर नहीं, इनके लिए सारा सिस्टम बहुत चिंतित है, चाहे वह कोर्ट हो या सरकार - सबका कहना है के वे इन प्राणियों के लिए बहुत चिंतित हैं। इनके लाभ के लिए पूरा देश समर्पित है पर साहब पिछले 10 - 15 साल से इनके लिए आज तक समाधान तलाशा जा रहा है
और ये राजधानी में कभी ये कोर्ट कभी वो कोर्ट कभी कोई सरकारी दफ्तर में ऐसे ही कभी 48° से कभी 4° में आपको भटकते घूमते हुए दिख जायेंगे, क्यों ? अरे उनका फ्लैट जो पेपर में बन रहा है वही कभी ज़मीन पर बनेगा ये उत्तर ढूंढ़ने मिलते हैं..

साहेब आपको तरस आ रहा होगा लेकिन इस बढ़ते देश के बढ़ते सिस्टम के साथ नागरिक न्याय को समर्पित system को नहीं आता साहेब
भले ही कोई बेसहारा महिला(widow) हो, शिशु हो या कोई सेवानिवृत्त नागरिक हो या फिर जिम्मेदरी झेलने वाला युवा RENT +BANK EMI भर-भर के खुद युवा से वरिष्ठ नागरिक हो रहा है,

साहेब कहानी है तो विलेन भी होगा लेकिन वो विलेन यानी कि बिल्डर ( SUPERTECH) R K ARORA आप जानते हैं ये सामान्य नागरिक को समर्पित सिस्टम में क्या कर रहा है वो इन्सॉल्वेंसी को एन्जॉय INSOLVENCY ENJOY कर रहा है सिस्टम तो वो खुद है साहेब 🙏

साहेब इस कहानी में विपक्षी पार्टी भी है जिनको आजतक कोई वजह नहीं मिल रहा है कि किस प्वाइंट पे वो विरोध करे उनको चीन जापान अमेरिका दिख जाता है पर अपने क्षेत्र के लोगो की समस्या का पता करना का तो कोई जरूरी ही नहीं साहेब करेंगे भी कैसे इनके ही तो सृजन रचना है ये कहानी
