@AmericanAir Flight was supposed to be 11pm last night jfk to Buenos Aires and got cancelled and moved to 11am today. Just had to get off the plane before take off because “there is no captain” for the plane. Now delayed until 8pm today.

Literally the only thing have only offered is to reschedule our flight for tomorrow instead. What a joke of a company. Very quick to take your money and provide you literally no goods or service @AmericanAir
