@TozdoBeyond Migraines for me happen from pretty much two things… 1) because of something I ate that I’m intolerant to within the past 12 hours. That usually lasts 24 hours from when I ate it. Or if my wife is kicking out some toxin through her lungs and I’m breathing in her VOCs overnight.
