I cannot find a single copy of Empire of Silence by Christopher Ruocchio anywhere - Amazon only has third party sales that only carry the UK cover? B&N is out of stock, nothing at Walmart, Meijer, Target, EBay. Anyone know where to get the US standard paperback edition??
