If you'd like to learn how Renee Bach killed Ugandan children pretending to be a doctor giving medical treatment with no training or license and blogging about it, read stories from Ugandan journalists:

Michael Hingson was in Tower One of the World Trade Center on the morning of September 11, 2001.
What sets his story apart is that Hingson is blind and was guided to safety by his guide dog, Roselle.
They were on the 78th floor when the plane hit. Despite the chaos, Roselle remained calm, leading Hingson and several others down 1,463 steps to safety. The descent took about an hour.
Remarkably, just moments after they exited the building, Tower Two collapsed, covering them in debris. Both survived.
Hingson's story became widely known as an extraordinary tale of trust, teamwork, and the human-animal bond. He later wrote a memoir, "Thunder Dog," detailing his experience.
#Sudan Army soldiers seen here after capturing a stash of money that was looted by the RSF militia. File and rank soldiers in Sudan Army aren’t paid very much in fact before fighting started they were being paid half the salary of RSF militiamen.
This money could have changed these soldiers lives beyond recognition but yet they chose to hand it over. There are many flaws within the Army institution but the average file and rank soldier has integrity and enlisted to serve his country while the RSF is simply a degenerate criminal organisation from the top to down. This bothsidesing this false equivalence narrative being spread by the militia’s propagandists is nothing but an attempt to dilute international opposition to this degenerate militia
Absolute nail on the head from @sallyhayd.

Come work with us!
We're externally #recruiting for a range of junior roles for Sudanese staff in our Country Office, now located in Kosti (White Nile), for positions in: Finance, Logistics, Partnerships, Grants, ICT, and Risk.
Apply online or in-person: https://t.co/nYXckL3pyR
Find or share: https://t.co/BxQJJZpCwq 'see all vacancies' 'Sudan'
We'd already prioritised internal recruitments and relocations of staff from recently suspended offices, but following this there are still a few gaps in departments as we restructure and scale up. Further positions in our other offices may come available in the coming days or weeks too.
FYI, simple guide to the 'grades' of our positions:
-Assistants are usually entry level positions, with some technical knowledge/qualification and growing experience (but significant supervision);
-Officers have some years experience and established technical and professional competence, and;
-Coordinators have more significant professional experience, strong technical/applied knowledge, team leadership skills with some management responsibilities of personnel and budgets - usually regarded as emerging managers
Suffice to say, we'd expect anyone working with us to have a strong #humanitarian drive and - given the scale and severity of the emergency in #Sudan - motivated to work to maximise urgent assistance to people in need, including in difficult places and circumstances.
Everyday the numbers increase & the situation worsens.
We’re not statistics but these numbers are needed to convey just how bad it is & how much worse it will get the longer this war drags on.
We never asked for this war, never wanted it but it suits the warmongers
@roshanpateI hello,
Your work is inspiring. Wondering if you have some time to drop a list of the reality (challenges/shortcomings) in startup sector, one a day or week, perhaps the future entrepreneurs can gain more insight with the dos and don’t.

"We will keep going and beat the odds ... Sudan will overcome this."
Ahmed is one of many volunteers in #Sudan who have stepped up since the conflict erupted in April.
Through community-based response centres, volunteers are providing food, health care and other services.
Witness the devastation. RSF are proud to "control" this area (Khartoum 2), among many others, but the people and businesses are gone. Their conquest is meaningless. As measured by influence and control over population rather than territory, RSF are doubtless losing the war.
Defying over 100 days of war in #Sudan, Sudanese civil society, trade unions, youth and women groups & resistance committees reached this Sudanese Civil Society Declaration of Principles
It must be at the heart of any response to the crisis in #Sudan.
