A reminder of why miroir is not your standard copytrading tool: it runs on your machine, your API keys never leave your device, we can't touch your funds or front-run your trades. Zero-trust by design, not by promise.
Exhibited at the London VC summit on Friday. The questions were sharp, the interest was real, and great product validation from people who have built a career in this space.
Back to building!
On most copy trading platforms, the "top traders" leaderboard is ranked by the same platform that profits when you trade more.
It's worth sitting with that for a second.
Open exchanges where positions are publicly verifiable change the question entirely: you can actually see what someone did, when, and how it went.
That's the data we use for miroir.
miroir has been running on a real money internal account since November. No downtime, no missed trades, no exec bugs.
That's what the software does well.
What it doesn't do is decide for you. It takes skills to bet on the right traders at the right time. Same setup, different users, wildly different outcomes: we made the software, you make your choices.
Opening a small batch of early access spots over the next couple of weeks.
Paper trading first, on your own Bybit or Binance, then real money when you're ready. Free while we're still in early access.

A design choice we made early: the component that places trades runs entirely on the user's machine, with their API keys, talking directly to their exchange.
We can't see those trades. We can't intercept them. We can't front-run them.
This is the only architecture where "we don't have access to your funds" is a fact, not a promise.
A distinction worth making.
"Non-custodial" usually means a platform doesn't legally hold your funds.
"Self-hosted" means the software literally runs on your machine, talks to your exchange directly, and the company that built it can't see your keys.
These are different things. Most copy trading is neither.
miroir has been running internally for months now. 24/7 execution. The infrastructure side is genuinely solid: it's the part we know how to do.
What we're more interested in is what users actually do with it. Same setup, very different outcomes depending on who's at the wheel. That's the part we're building around.
Copy trading has a structural problem. The platforms that offer it also custody your funds and run the leaderboard you follow. They have every incentive to keep both opaque: useful for them, less useful for you.
We've spent the last few months building around this.
Introducing ๐๐๐๐๐๐, a copy trading tool that doesn't need your API keys, doesn't hold your funds, and runs 24/7 on your own laptop or cloud instance.
