@Swiggy @zomato has been doing this for a long time. The way they say it ruins the resturant's image. And sometimes I even did avoid walk-ins.

@maniyakiduniya @deepigoyal On top of these, they are asking customers to rate the resturants accordingly (technically hinting low stars) for their incapablities like unable to assign delivery partner on time, not providing waterproof bags to carry the food. Not ready to take responsibility but blam hotel.
