How gendered is the clothing offer for children? For our @SZ data analysis, we examined 20,000 shirts and shorts from @hmdeutschland, @Zalando and @aboutyou_com that they offer online for children under 10. The results show: Current children's fashion cements gender images. 🧵
Quite an extensive body of research has explored how migrants are visually represented in the media. But what about online platforms and search engines in particular? We've explored this in our new paper (open access!) Happy to see this one out 🎉https://t.co/j8hNQTLP12

We explore this topic with @ancsaaa3, @AUrman21, and Stefania Ionescu in our latest (not peer-reviewed yet) preprint: https://t.co/pprOLRjMJV 1/
