No timeline, no contact, rude behavior,calls disconnected twice!
Paid extra trusting Sony for better service. Big mistake.
Highly disappointed.

Worst experience with Sony😡
Bought a HomeTheatre from SonyCenter Porur (Chennai)on Mar22. Was assured product would be fine or replaced if any issue
Installation done carelessly→rear speakers not working→engineer confirmed it's faulty.
Was promised replacement by 31st Mar(1/2)
