@vivekmjacob I understand that, but he grew up in England. His main influences were Nigerian and English. It would have been an outlier for him to play for Canada in spite of him turning out for the youth teams. He certainly would have played more games though.
Don't think Nigeria was ever really in play but Tomori absolutely knew what could be with Canada and opted for England. He made a bad choice and now he's missed two World Cups because of it.
He should've known better.
