We never made it to Llandudno. The messy way the trains were handled made us miss our journey. No solution from customer services and there is no point going now. Returning home very sad. @transport_wales

@tfwrail @transport_wales Went to customer services and no solution given. They said they had held the train but they never made it clear it was going to Llandudno. Waiting for the next service was no good. In Colwyn now, never arrived in Llandudno.

At the Junction they held the train for Llandudno but didn't indicate that. It seemed it was going to Llanelli. Missed Llandudno and went back. Appointment lost.
