"You're not that special, and that's a good thing." @nmasc_ explains to @TechCrunch that even edtech can't escape the realities of a slowing startup ecosystem, but it's giving them the focus they need to build up existing businesses.

Elon Musk's famous private school Ad Astra was created in 2014. The first iteration of the school consisted of just 9 kids and 2 teachers, and it was located in a conference room at SpaceX. In 2020, Ad Astra was renamed into Astra Nova, and now it works with around 150 students.
Private projects like this always intrigue me. My first thought is always this - is there something we can adopt for @Kiddio_io to give the kids the same amount of skills so that they can conquer the world?

I came across this article at @Forbes that discusses edtech’s possibilities in the metaverse. I agree that virtual spaces are beginning to revolutionize the educational landscape — and traditional schools may soon have to play catch-up https://t.co/5SqD0KIEmP
Building scale models is something that requires a lot of undivided attention, devotion, and artistry. To me, it’s not just a hobby, it’s a meditation - and a perfect way to get distracted from the busy startup world so that I can later return at full speed.
