Before you tell people about my struggle, tell them our story.

Tell them that I am the founder of N4 Cluster.

I was appointed by Samancor alongside a company called VJ Coal for the opencast at Buffels West as a Joint Venture.

Later I was told VJ Coal was liquidated and I was advised to get a technical partner.

I then approached my friend to be my technical partner because at the time he was like a brother to me. I trusted him with my life not knowing that he will betray me in the worst possible way. We used to share a 2kg chicken portion. I used to borrow him my car. We were like brothers.

We agreed on a certain percentage of the contract. We started together — the joint venture between my company and his company, the agreements were signed.

After a few months of our contract, I started to see payment discrepancies. When I confronted you, there were arguments.

I was then told I would no longer get my shares as per our contract. The reasons I was given were:

1. I was not coming to site, despite him telling me that he was the one running the day-to-day site management, the hiring and the firing, and our agreement states that I will get paid per ton.
2. I must leave my wife because they said she is not good for me.
3. I must relocate from my house in Hartbeespoort back to Majakaneng.
4. I must stop hosting soccer tournaments, building houses for people, and doing events in Majakaneng.
5. I must leave Facebook.
6. One of the main reason I think I was cut off is you were too eager for me to go with you to a sangoma and I told you I do not believe in them.

Tell them how you wanted me to leave my wife and promised if I did, you would continue to pay me.

I refused all of it.

When I refused, I was cut off from my shares. I was informed the tender was being re-advertised despite my understanding that we had an agreement that would last until the end of the opencast lifespan. That opportunity ultimately ended up with your company. I tried to get answers and was refused access to the premises.

I still have a valid contract because I was never informed of any termination. Everything that I am saying regarding my appointment, Samancor has records of this. I lost a lot, but this person has the audacity to speak about my struggles knowing very well that he is the main cause of it all. I have kept quiet for too long.

I had bought a house in Hartbeespoort worth R2.1 million, paying R115k per month. At the time my balance was R700k. When I was cut off, I could not pay for more than 9 months. We then agreed with the owner that I had failed and I must leave the house.

I have a family of more than 10 households in Majakaneng, but I couldn't go to any of them. Not because we don't get along, but because my wife and I agreed to build a 3-room at their place so we can stay there in the meantime, and we were living happily.

I still have my valid contract but I cannot challenge it because I cannot afford court. I decided to leave it and start a new life with my wife — the woman I chose over money.

A few months back I was called by 2 of the biggest broadcasters in SA for an interview. I declined because I wanted to start afresh. That is why I have never posted about that person or this situation.

But I have been provoked. I am being attacked while I am fighting for justice for a person who was brutally killed by 5 known people who are still not arrested. So the best thing is to fight me and try to humiliate me. Some of you have heard the voice notes where they tried to trap me with rape allegations.

As from today, 07 October 2026, you will see some people will be paid to insult me on social media like it happened before, because I was speaking the truth.

I trusted you. I stood with you. Now you think you are God. My silence about our story does not mean I have nothing to say, I just decided to start a new life.

Home Affairs To Accept Asylum Applications From People Who Entered South Africa Illegally

The Department of Home Affairs will no longer turn away people seeking asylum simply because they entered South Africa illegally or do not have the required immigration documents.

Deputy Director-General Thulani Mavuso told 702’s Clement Manyathela today, Monday that refugee reception offices must accept applications from anyone who presents themselves and asks to apply for asylum.

The move follows a Constitutional Court judgment delivered in July, which declared several provisions of the Refugees Act unconstitutional. The court found that procedural immigration violations could not be used to prevent asylum seekers from having their claims assessed on their merits.

A department instruction issued on 28 September reportedly directs reception offices to accept applications from unlawful entrants, late applicants and people without asylum transit visas.

Mavuso warned that the change could put further pressure on the department, with people already in South Africa unlawfully potentially joining queues to seek asylum.

The Constitutional Court ruling was based partly on the principle of non-refoulement, which prevents South Africa from returning people to places where they could face persecution or serious harm.

Home Affairs said after the judgment that it would comply with the court's decision while maintaining a lawful and well-managed immigration system.
