@Gayab_247 Noone is questioning illegality. But why dont they then go and check Raj Thackrey's house then? Everyone has such sheds on. If BMC actually cracked down on these, half of mumbai would need removals.
@nainaverse Lets not forget a politician asked "Ehatd the going rate in Mandi". I am no Kangana Fan, or aree with her for that matter, but you cant ignore the fact that she was an easy target because she was a female. Misogyny is absolutely live, kicking and thriving.
@nainaverse Lets not forget how the then MH administration under Uddhav Tbackrey sent bulldozers to demolish a small shed at the property for being illegal because she spoke against the then government. Lets not also forget how Sanjay and Kunal Kamra celebrated that with a symbolic JCB.
The Supreme Court cannot be politicised for government’s gains. Its orders cannot be weaponised to achieve those gains. A solemn guarantee was given before the nation. Those ought to be honoured. All FIRs ought to be withdrawn. If criminals roamed, police must apply for cancellation of bail in their old cases. Must also answer why they were roaming so freely in society. But government can’t use this excuse to pursue FIRs so it can later target genuine protesters. If given this leeway, the government will, of course, use it.
The youth will NOT accept this at any cost! We will stand with each and every protester who stood up for each other’s future!

The govt totally deserves this mocking.
I mean, if you decided to surrender, fine, you could have done it by calling a press conference and resign by saying, 'We are bowing down to regular students.' Or you could have called Wangchuk and yielded to him. Or you could have called the parents of the NEET leak suicide victims, expressed regret, and resigned in front of them. You could have even called the ordinary students who were part of the protest. All of the above would be more sensitive and good optics too.
But instead, you chose to call the trolls affiliated with a political party and desperately surrendered to every single demand of theirs. You were so desperate to shake hands and appease them. For what, man? Who was the think tank behind this?
