It’s impossible to replicate this in the USA because it is a debt based system.
Every dollar created comes with a central bank lending rate. That means every dollar costs $1.02 to make. All the money in creation can’t eliminate the debt because after paying it all back with the cash you have, you’ll still be looking for dollars to pay off the interest. That’s why fiat debt based systems have a 50 year lifespan. The interest eats the value
