Denmark has introduced a wonderful initiative that converts old buses into mobile grocery stores, specially designed to serve elderly residents in rural and remote areas.
These repurposed buses are fully equipped with wheelchair ramps, heating and air-conditioning systems, refrigerators, and shelves stocked with fresh local produce, dairy, and baked goods. They follow fixed routes and schedules, bringing essential groceries directly to seniors who may find it difficult to travel to regular supermarkets.
Beyond providing practical access to food, the service helps older adults maintain their independence while offering valuable social interaction for those who might otherwise feel isolated. The mobile stores have become a thoughtful and effective solution for supporting aging communities.
Not only are we getting squeezed at the gas pump and grocery store, but trump just set up a $1.8 BILLION slush fund using OUR TAXPAYER FUNDS to pay off scumbags like the January 6th attackers and his rich buddies.
CONGRESS: ARE YOU GOING TO DO SOMETHING?
Switzerland is turning the unused space between train tracks into solar power plants.
A startup called Sun-Ways is piloting removable solar panels that roll out like a carpet between the rails.
No new land needed, easy to maintain, and they feed clean energy straight into the grid.
If the US scaled something similar across its massive rail network, it could generate enough clean, homegrown electricity to power millions of homes.
This is the kind of smart, low-impact idea that gets more clean energy online without paving over more fields or wild spaces.
Innovations like this show we can produce the power we need while leaving more room for wildlife and nature.
Pretty cool engineering with a big upside if you ask me.
BREAKING: WE LOVE IT! Preservation group REFUSES a White House request to drop its lawsuit against Trump's ballroom in the wake of the alleged assassination attempt over the weekend.
Trump tried to exploit the incident and it went over like a lead balloon...
“I write to acknowledge receipt of your letter requesting that the National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States (‘National Trust’) dismiss the above-captioned lawsuit,” Gregory B. Craig, a lawyer for the National Trust for Historic Preservation, wrote in a letter to the Justice Department.
“That lawsuit seeks to require the President to secure authorization from Congress—as mandated by the Constitution and federal law—before undertaking further construction on the proposed ballroom. The National Trust respectfully declines the invitation to dismiss,” he added.
Trump's DOJ asked the group to abandon its lawsuit on Sunday, citing the "extraordinary events" at the White House Correspondents' Dinner during which a gunman allegedly attempted to gain entry to the event to target Trump officials.
Immediately after the incident, social media was flooded by prominent MAGA influencers and Republicans like Meghan McCain screeching that the alleged attack proves that Trump needs his ballroom. The digital push was so uniform, sudden, and widespread that it seems likely that the messaging was pushed by the administration through secure group chats.
Trump himself rushed to hold a press conference after the dinner was aborted. Rather than using the opportunity to apologize for his own inflammatory rhetoric or attempting to turn down the national temperature, he launched into a rant about why he needs his ballroom.
Of course, the Correspondents' Dinner has absolutely nothing to do with Trump's wasteful $400 million ballroom. The event was hosted by the White House Correspondents’ Association, not the White House itself, so even if the ballroom were already built it would not have been hosted there.
Furthermore, the only thing that this incident proves is that Trump's security was lax. This is an administration characterized by incompetence from top to bottom. This is just another example of that trend.
Earlier today, Senator Lindsey Graham suggested that taxpayers might actually end up footing the bill for the ballroom rather than the corrupt corporate donors that Trump originally touted. That must be a complete nonstarter. It's bad enough that Trump has torn down a historic section of the People's House. We aren't paying for his hideous vanity project.
We commend the National Trust for Historic Preservation for refusing to cave to this craven pressure campaign. Don't back dowm!
Please ❤️ and share if you support this continued lawsuit!
Holy shit, this is BRILLIANT: This dude breaks down why everyone thinks the whole WHCD event was fake... everything about trump is FAKE.

Wtf, does a $400 million dollar ballroom have to do with another questionable assassination attempt? Bringing up it and mentioning the Butler, PA. event for the 1st time, an event you never talk about seems highly suspicious at best. Is this another staged event? 🤔
WAKE UP America and listen to PoliticsGirl:
I hate the president and his entire cabinet. But I BLAME the Republican Congress for enabling it.
And let’s not forget the Supreme Court for allowing it.
Wow the Military received $900 billion dollars last year alone in funding and now our Service members are rationing their food and hygiene products. The majority of this money isn’t going to the members it’s going to large Corporations instead like Lockheed Martin!
