Instead of Veganuary, we did UPF-Free month. It opened our eyes to see how much UPF is embedded in our foods. We didn’t manage to go “Zero UPF” but it encouraged us to eat + whole foods, diversifying legumes and gut friendly kimchi, kefir etc. We reduced it.
