As the wife of a Firefighter I am immensely proud of the job he does but you always have worry when it’s a big incident like this one.

Teacher effectiveness is not greatly improved by curriculum, new programs, or initiatives. But, when teachers are respected, valued, supported, & feel like their talents are utilized, then morale increases, job engagement soars, & students benefit too!
