An interesting look into my life with autism and social anxiety is that today I had a day off work and was planning to go get a haircut. Woke up, was too scared to leave the house.

As many of you may already know, I have recently made the big step of coming out as non-binary. The support has been overwhelming.

I now go by Anders, and use they/them pronouns.

Fun fact: When doing the translation, I thought it would be more interesting to add '-tànaiste' to specify "board of trustees". So the direct translation is the 'board of trustees'!

Hello everyone, long time no see. As MSYP, I want to voice my support to everyone during this time. I know, for me at least, this is an incredibly tough time. I think we're all struggling a bit, so just to spread some joy, what's one thing that's been cheering you up in lockdown?

I also got to briefly mention the links between our work as HYP and the Highland MSYPs work. I'm incredibly grateful for every opportunity and am ever aware of how closely they all tie together. I wouldn't be where I was without @HYouthPar and @HLHYouthWork!

An amazing opportunity today for me and Rowen to do our presentation about the role and work of @HYouthPar to the wonderful councillors in the CLH committee. I'm incredibly grateful to be so heard and let decision makers know how important youth involvement is in HC.
