It needs a floor general, a lockdown defender, and somebody who knows their job is to rebound everything in sight.
Roles win games. Superstars are built out of teams that commit to those roles.
On Friday morning, our York #leadership club focused on four ways to earn trust and influence (Leadership credit) that require absolutely no talent!

Their favorites are guys that show up on time, stay out of trouble, get good grades, work hard, are good teammates, know their playbook, do their job, & make the plays they are supposed to.
