Today the SD Legislature commemorated the actions of SD native CAPT E. Royce Williams for his coming award of the Navy Cross. It’s for an action Seventy Novembers ago. He was in a dogfight with 7 Soviet Air Force MiG fighters. That’s right - SEVEN! 1/9
