DocuSign emailed me today asking to talk about our increased usage of eSignatures last year.

Almost every property manager I know has abandoned DocuSign.
Once you grow, they unreasonably increase price on you.

Tomorrow we will find out if they will lose us as customers or not.

@chrisxmunn Seems like you define hustling as being a workaholic. With that definition, I agree with your entire thread.

But if hustling is defined as “working hard and doing your best to achieve success”, then hustling is is not a bad thing.

Love closing the office between 12/25 & 1/1, giving the team a bonus time off. The main lesson I learned this year though, is that we need to better prepare vendors to be on standby. So that we can hit the ground running when we come back and have tons of maintenance to address.
