@boohoo Your returns WhatsApp customer service has just tried to scam me! The website says to contact support through Messenger or WhatsApp, I msg-ed both, WhatsApp responded first. They asked for order details and sent a refund form that required I enter bank details... 1/?

@boohoo In addition to this you even messaged me on this platform saying my claim of missing refund would be handled via WhatsApp... So u can see why I'm confused and appalled that when I get to WhatsApp I'm almost scammed into giving someone my bank details! 4/?

Dear @AsdaServiceTeam please can you advise your staff to remove these BEFORE they are put in crates and loaded to your vans. Your vans too are supposed to be able to remove them... This is not the first time.
