There's a lot of garbage on social media. But of all of them, I find TikTok to be the one that has the most creative and supportive people. Even amongst the trash (bc there is always trash everywhere), it is drowned out by so much pleasantry. Like this.
For anyone who doesnโt have TikTok: thereโs a trend at the moment where people are romanticising their lives by editing them like Wes Anderson and itโs honestly so creative and wholesome

Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell. It gave me a profound respect for nature while instilling in me the idea that "taking" without regard for anyone or thing is deeply wrong. Finally, it taught me that girls/women can be smart, resourceful, strong, and independent.
