Hello! I'm looking for a space where I can set up a photo studio in Dublin for 2026/2027. Preferably big enough to squish in a band/group. High ceilings but rent not through the roof. Thank you #artistspace
Was getting car from Drury St. carpark today when 2 guys flew in on e-scooters with faces covered and hoodies. Seemed strange so I went to see what they were up to. They went straight to the free bicycle parking and were going through the bicycles.. I went to tell security and my

@hughcurran I was in Ljubljana recently and it just showed me how a city can be designed for people, no cars in the core of the city, bike sharing schemes the cost 3€ a year and free electric transport for people with mobility issues. City felt alive and was so clean
@hughcurran The sooner Dublin gets an elected Mayor with proper authority and budget to spend the better. Will be very interesting to see what happens down in Limerick as a result of that happening
@hughcurran 💯 it’s civil servants who don’t care about the city, or the people who live in it that are responsible with zero accountability to boot. You need people with a passion and vision for the city running it which is something we sadly lack.
@hughcurran The issue with Temple bar is that the council dept responsible for the project changed at some point from the Parks dept to the Roads dept who did away with everything nice about the plans in favour of the easy to clean (which they are failing to do) concrete blandness
