I was heartbroken and blindsided when I learned that my job was no more on the morning of February 19th. This is not the ending to the journey I had dreamt of and committed myself to seeing through — not by a long shot. But despite the confusion and sadness, I know there’s something new on the horizon for me.

Liebe Chefs, zahlt euren Mitarbeitenden NOCH die 3000€-Inflationsprämie.

Bis zum Jahresende habt ihr noch die Chance, eure Angestellten mit der Inflationsprämie von bis zu 3.000 Euro steuerfrei zu unterstützen. Und das solltet ihr auch tun.

Dadurch setzt ihr nicht nur ein Signal der Wertschätzung und Anerkennung, sondern auch des Zusammenhalts.

Auch unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Maschmeyer Group haben schon im November 2022 die volle 3000€-Prämie mit ihrem Gehalt erhalten - und es war eine der besten Entscheidungen.

Sie haben sich verstanden und unterstützt gefühlt - und genau das hat sich positiv auf die Motivation und das Arbeitsklima ausgewirkt.

We've just returned our first (small) payment to the Bavarian funding! 💸 We received €130k in funding from the FilmFernsehFonds Bayern to produce Can't Drive This a while back.
The funding for the production phase in Bavaria is a conditionally repayable loan.
