半年で2回退職して痛感したことがあります。
「退職って、辞めますと言えば終わり」ではありません。

1回目の退職のとき、僕は完全に油断していました。

「もういいや、適当に提出して終わりでしょ〜」

そう思っていたら、その後に地獄が来ました。

・必要書類が足りなくてやり直し
・受け取れるはずのお金を逃しかける
・役所まわりで時間ロス
・転職の手続きが遅れて��利に

このとき本気で思いました。
退職は、知識ゲー。

だからこそ、これから辞める人には絶対に失敗してほしくない。

経験者として“退職時にやるべきこと”を整理しました。
保存して困ったときの辞書にしてください。

【円満退職のポイント】
・1〜2カ月前を目安に伝える
・上司の忙しい時間帯は避ける
・引き留めを想定しておく
・退職理由は本音を言わなくていい
・転職先は明かさない
・退職日は事前に相談して決める
感情でぶつかると後が面倒。冷静第一。

【注意】
「退職願」と「退職届」は違う。
退職願 → 辞めたいという“お願い”
退職届 → 辞めるという“最終通知”

一般的な流れは
①まず口頭で伝える
②退職OKが出る
③退職届を提出
いきなり退職届を出すのは、ほぼ宣戦布告なので非推奨。

【辞めるときに受け取るもの】
・雇用保険被保険者証
・年金手帳（会社管理なら返してもらう）
・離職票（転職先未定の場合は必要／言わないと発行されないことも）
・退職証明書・健康保険資格喪失証明書（必要な人のみ依頼）

離職票は届くまで遅い。2週間とか普通にかかる。

【退職後の手続き】
・失業手当 → ハローワーク
・健康保険 → 市区町村（14日以内）
・年金 → 市区町村（14日以内）
・住民税 → 市区町村（残額支払い／6月に封書で届く）
無職 → 自分で手続き
転職 → 転職先が手続き

なお、年金・健康保険はマイナンバーカードがあれば
「マイナポータル」でオンライン手続き可能。
平日昼に役所で並ばなくて済むので圧倒的にラク。

「めんどいな…」という気持ちは本当にわかる。
でも、後回しにすると100倍めんどくさくなります。
