@MojangSupport We did with her account info. There has been no further reply since just receiving the general info as a reply about the event, despite reporting that there is a technical issue with her account, so I believe it would be considered an open ticket? Do I start another?

@MojangSupport @MojangSupport I’m sorry, I’m not trying to be snarky😕 I am just so frustrated for my daughter as she was unable to participate on the event server & hasn’t been able to get the cape she wants so much or to earn the other creator items. It seems like her acct needs to be fixed.

@MojangSupport So am I supposed to still be not worrying? No further technical support, the live event is over, and she still keeps getting kicked from the Mob Vote event server for no reason. And it closes in 10 hours. No pink Cherry Cape and one very sad daughter 😥 We have tried everything.

@MojangSupport It really seems to me that with all of the technical problems that this event has had & is having, that at the very least you should give all those affected the Cherry Capes as a consolation prize or just to everyone if that is too hard to figure out. We can’t fix this on our end

@MojangSupport Yes, we did that. After the immediate automated response, she received a reply from Cai S like 1/2 hour ago but all it had was the info from the site about the event. No help for why she is being immediately kicked from the Mob Vote server when she tries to join. Still no Cape 🥺

@MojangSupport Is anything being done about this issue? From reading online, it seems that she is not the only one. She is rather upset as the capes are SO hard to come by. And her username has to do with flowers, so this cape is perfect for her 🌸
