@zannah Yes! I put it in my twitter profile URL like what this thing is supposed to find, but only two people I follow did that. I’m @[email protected]
I made a thing to scan friends for mastodon URLS. This was less useful than I expected.

But I was thinking it would work better if it also looked at tweets.
Looks weird, devoid of context. If this is literally someone's employment history, then it's a data point.
Realistic? It depends on what you were doing before the timeline, what the company's like, and what you are spending your time doing. This is about titles not aptitudes.
In retrospect, this was harmful. The BBS was run by some guy just like me, but more organized and with intention to provide value to his community.
The credit system was intended to regulate access to the limited resources of the BBS.
So yeah, I shoulda been banned but wasn't.
A MajorBBS I was on in the 90s gave forum managers the ability to charge other users "credits" for use of their forum. The credits don't go into the forum owner's account, though.
So of course I made my forum charge people negative credits.
I presume the Rosenbrock Banana Function got its name this way.
Oh, we also played "the word game" in late shift ISP tech support. Ed got "penguin" at some point, and so he advised his next caller that "we'll make your connection as smooth as a penguin going down an ice-slide."
Look, slightly younger adults. The reason my generation has battery anxiety is because our first charged devices took 24 hours to charge and 2 hours to empty. They were made of nickel, cadmium, and ass. If you didn't have two battery packs, you had none.
