@HM_Passport my partner sent his sons application on 15th May, you received the old passport on 18th May. We’ve chased & chased - with promises of calls back - but nothing!! He hasn’t seen his son in over 2 years & his son is due to fly in LESS THAN 2 weeks!! What is happening??

@flybe not going to bother responding then? I am more offended with the way I was treated than anything else. You should be investigating the way we were all spoken to and seems that I am not alone, nor is it just the staff at Birmingham Airport

Arrive at the airport and took the flybe approved cabin tag off from my flight 3 weeks ago. Arrive at the gate and they make me pay £50. I flew 3 WEEKS AGO and it was approved and now I have to pay £50. Absolute joke and your staff are SO rude #flybe @flybe

@ndunlavey @iomce It is 55 x 35 x 19. Every other airline accepts it and they accepted it three weeks before at the exact same gate! I am more frustrated with how rude the staff were!
