It’s 12pm and the TV guide says that the replay of the Chinese F1 sprint is showing. Instead, you are showing Ted’s pit lane show and he just spoiled the sprint and quali results for me. Why do you think this is acceptable @SkySports? Is this good value for money?

@NOWHelpTeam But this took over 24 hours and it still wasn’t uploaded as of yesterday evening, well after the actual race. What caused this to take longer than 24 hours? What is @NOWSport doing about this? The gap filler shows like Ted’s notebook are available almost immediately.

@NOWSport @NOW could you upload the Belgium Qauli replay before tomorrow morning? You are being outdone by better value for money services like discovery+, who upload replays in a reasonable timeframe. It would be great to see quali before the race… @NOW @SkySportsF1

@NOWSport @NOWSport where is the on demand qualifying? It’s been over 12 hours since it took place, but as usual, Ted’s quali notebook is available. I’ve been a customer for years and this is a consistent issue. What are you doing about it and when can I watch quali?

Hey @NOWSport @NOW team. Where is the Italian F1 quali replay on now TV? You seem to have uploaded everything else.. the race starts in a few hours and still no replay upload. This keeps happening with no (real) explanation..

@motogpontnt why haven’t you uploaded any catch-up replays from the British GP? Do you think this is acceptable for a £30 per month service? Not everyone can watch the event live, and rely on catch-up uploads. Can someone please explain?

Teds notebook is airing now who is discussing the results of quali and your now tv customers can’t even watch qualifying. You’re ok with this?

@NOW Still no replay? It’s been over 2 days - this isn’t acceptable for the steep monthly fee. @btsport put up replays of motogp and other sporting events much sooner. Can someone please explain the delay?

Very disappointing that you cannot get your programming right for such a crucial race. No live rewind button like they have at @btsport, and on-demand take forever

@NOWHelpTeam Why does it take so long for the f1 sessions (FP1, quali etc) to be available when other content is available sooner such and F2,F3 and the superfluous content such as the F1 show? For people who are at work and cannot tune in live, this is frustrating @NOWSport

Yesterdays Monaco F1 qualifying was apparently action packed. It would be nice to catch-up on the drama if @NOW made it available on demand. Instead I have to watch replays of Ted’s quali notebook 🥴. Did someone at @NOWSport forget to hit the upload button?
