Laparoscopic Mitrofanoff appendicovesicostomy : 43 yo,male, diabetic, with a severe inflammatory urethral stricture since his childhood. Several urethrotomies and urethroplasties in the past. Currently, entire length of the urethra was stenotic. @andre_garbin @felipekasuya

Morning with residents: a lap pyelolithotomy + retrieval of medium and lower calices calculi with a rigid ureteroscope in a 31yo male patient. One lap cart and 1 endourological cart allowed simultaneous lap + nephroscopy. Good job R4 @andregarbin and R3 @felipekasuya
