Co-founder @ Synthesis. Amazon & Shopify brands get answers from their real numbers, in their own AI. Building to $1M ARR with my brother. Numbers on Fridays.
We're at $30K ARR. I'm going to post the real number here every Friday until it's $1M, including the weeks nothing happens.
I've been doing this on LinkedIn for three weeks. Starting today, I'm doing it here too. So here's the catch-up.
Who I am. I'm 20. My brother Justin has spent ten years growing consumer brands, one of them past $70M, and he was tired of every dashboard giving him a different answer to the same question. So he wrote down how a brand really works, and I spent the last year building the software around it.
It's called Synthesis. It connects every channel a brand runs on into one brain. It works in any AI, including Claude Code, where you can pull any number, build dashboards and reports, and automate the busywork.
A software engineer at PwC went through it and said there was no way real developers didn't build it. They didn't. It's me, my brother, and a lot of AI.
What happened this week: three weeks ago I said it would soon do the work on its own. This week we shipped that. 340 automations, like catching an Amazon fee that went up before anyone notices. Each one runs with one command, and nothing changes in your accounts until you approve it.
What didn't move: revenue. Still $30K, still 5 brands live.
What's next: the partnership that could bring on 40 to 50 brands at once. That alone would get us about halfway. The goal is to sign it next week. And we're launching publicly soon.
$970K to go. See you next Friday.
I built an entire agency platform in one night.
Saturday we decided Synthesis needed a version for agencies. Sunday night it was live.
An agency signs up, and Synthesis reads their website and takes on their colors, fonts and logo. They add a client by typing the brand’s name. Their team connects Amazon, Meta, Google and Shopify, and the brand just clicks approve.
That night, every client gets its own brain.
In the morning the agency opens one screen and sees which clients need them today. Every hour it checks each client’s sales and ad spend. When something breaks on Amazon, the fix is already written. Every report that goes to a client carries the agency’s logo, not ours. And they can ask Claude about any client by name.
A year ago this would have been a team and a quarter of work. It was me, Claude and one long night.
The brain behind every brand is the same. Now one agency can run twenty of them.
