Last week, I was waiting for antigen results at Shoppers and somehow I got a lesson in UX. The staff kept telling ppl to select “walk-in” on the QR form and almost every person went back up to the counter and said there is no option for “walk-in” because the form looked like this

A little extra space, lining up the radio buttons and making the info more concise would have saved countless pharmacy staff from saying the same thing over and over again. You may say ppl should read more closely but imagine your sick/worried/stressed you might have covid.

@rubywritescode I only applied to jobs that I was truly excited about rather than applying to everything. Depending on current job situation, there is something nice about taking time with the job search while still having $ come in. Oh and always take time off for interviews, tech test etc.
