@becbyers Yes. I tend to do eyebrows then apply the urban decay eye shadow primer first, let it dry, do my eyes, wipe the fallout off my upper cheeks/undereyes with tp, then bb cream and blush, mascara last. Dats it! The eye primer is key and makes your eyes last all. Day. 🙌🏽
